God will never give up on you so why do we try so hard to give up on Him?

Can you imagine if while on His way to the cross Jesus gave up? Or while being tempted in the desert, He gave into the temptation? Can you imagine if during any part of His ministry He simply said I’ve had enough?

A day that will go down in history. Why you might ask? This date marks a truly memorable and important time in my life. 6 years ago today, I posted this picture on Instagram and at exactly 2:35pm, Mrvalography was born.

Stop for a second, take a step back and rid your mind of all the distractions that are currently clouding your perspective. Breathe. Open your eyes and your heart and give God a chance to speak to you and give you clarity.

While life may feel sporadic and unpredictable the one thing you can always count on and be prepared for is change. We live in an ever evolving and changing world.

It’s time to ask yourselves, what is most important in your life? Social media has become a land of chaos lately, one post after another, we vocalize our opinion or position on a cause.

Guess what, you’re not the first person to make a mistake or the first person to do a bad deed. Truth is, we are all born sinners with a sin nature and it’s only by the grace and love of God that we will ever be able to find hope.

No matter who you are, where you are, where you’ve come from or where you’re going. No matter the color of your skin, your ethnicity, or who you vote for. No matter what your interests are or your position in life, you do have a voice!

What do you desire most in life? Is it fame? A promotion? Higher grades in school? The next Marvel movie? A new car or a home? It’s okay to want something but when your wants start to become your priority and take control of your direction in life then it’s time to do some re-evaluating.

Hallelujah! Jesus is alive! He died on a cross to take away your sins but after three days He rose up out of the grave so that the we might spend eternity with Him in Heaven!

Imagine for a second, a moment, that standing in front of you is God: the Lord of heaven and earth, maker of this universe, with His nail pierced hand reaching out to you but behind you lies the world.

In an ever changing world, the one thing that we can truly prepare for is the unexpected. Just when you thought you had it all planned out and had the next five years of your life booked, life tosses a wrench at you.

You are not the only who has had their heart broken or experiencing pain. Neither are you the only one who has been hurt and the unfortunately chances are you will be hurt again but you do not have to let your pain be what defines you.

You and I are born with a sin nature and because of that our natural instinct isn’t to please God but to please our own flesh. Because of this sin nature we are going to make mistakes and we are going to fail.

Shining bright doesn’t mean to grab a flash light and point it at yourself but rather allowing the light of God to shine within you; be a light that burns for Him and inspires others.

No person is too small, too different or unimportant to make a difference in this world. Who says God can’t use you to impact or change the world?

You were created to love God and to bring Him glory; honoring Him our life and fulfilling our purpose. As Christians, Jesus paid a debt that we could not and for that reason we owe Him EVERYTHING.

What may look like an ending to you can often times be a beginning to God. His plans are greater than ours, His purpose is purer and knowledge is boundless, God is omniscient and therefor knows exactly what we need.

Here’s the truth. You are not alone who experiences fears or the only one struggling and fighting to survive.

We live in a world where time doesn't stand still; whether you would like it to or not, your life is in a constant motion scheduling, planning and doing. Are you following the path God has for your life or are you going your own way?

God has given each and everyone of us an individual gift that we ought to use to glorify Him.

It’s difficult to feel alone when you have the love and presence of Christ in your life.
