He is Risen

Hallelujah! Jesus is alive! He died on a cross to take away your sins but after three days He rose up out of the grave so that the we might spend eternity with Him in Heaven!

How wonderful is it that Jesus Christ is a man of His word, fulfilling prophecies and rising out of the grave on the third day just as He said He would. Conquering sin, overcoming death on the cross, Jesus bore our sins and loved us so much that He gave up His own life so that we might be free!

Matthew 28:6 says this “He is not here: for He is risen, as He said.”

I’m honored to serve a living God, one who died on the cross and rose up out of the grave to remind me of His love and grace. Because of Easter and the resurrection of Jesus Christ I am able to have a personal relationship with God! Despite my past and the sins I’ve committed, I have faith and believe that Jesus lives within me. By accepting Jesus into my heart I have put behind my old life and my old ways and allowed God to direct my future. Although the road will be bumpy I’m excited for a future that is full of blessings and comfort in His name. He is the author and finisher of my faith!

There in the ground His body lay, Light of the world by darkness slain;
Then bursting forth in glorious day, Up from the grave He rose again!
And as He stands in victory, Sin's curse has lost its grip on me;
For I am His and He is mine, Bought with the precious blood of Christ.

No guilt in life, no fear in death this is the pow'r of Christ in me;
From life's first cry to final breath, Jesus commands my destiny.
No pow'r of hell, no scheme of man, Can ever pluck me from His hand;
Till He returns or calls me home, Here in the pow'r of Christ I'll stand.

Jesus wants to make a difference in your life. He wants to show you how much better your life can be with Him. Your good deeds nor your actions will save you but trusting and having faith in Him is the only way! Don’t wait till it’s too late to see the potential of your life. Open your heart and allow God inside. He is calling you and cares about you. You'll never genuinely experience true love and joy until you accept Jesus Christ into your life, He is the only way!
