Beautiful Storm

Even though we were all born with a unique story full of an array of circumstances and experiences there is one aspect of life that we all have in common, at one point or another you will or you have gone through a storm.

You and I are not perfect. Therefore we will make mistakes, will fall, will fail and we will stumble. Not to mention the devil will always do his best to deceive you and tear you apart but I'm here to remind you that there is beauty in a storm and His name is Jesus Christ.

God sent His only Son to die on a cross and save us all from our sins, paying the ultimate price so we don't have to. He came to this earth to be an example, to bring us hope and give your life purpose but ultimately to rescue you from the storm!

I know pain, I lived the struggle and I've experienced the hurt. Going to the world for a quick fix will only numb the pain and bring temporary satisfaction. It's time to stop searching. It's time to stop being afraid. Time to stop doing everything on your own and expecting the world fix all your problems. It's time to have faith and turn to God.

Luke 8:23-25 says this "But as they sailed he fell asleep: and there came down a storm of wind on the lake; and they were filled with water , and were in jeopardy. And they came to him, and awoke him, saying, Master, master, we perish. Then he arose, and rebuked the wind and the raging of the water: and they ceased, and there was a calm. And he said unto them, Where is your faith? And they being afraid wondered, saying one to another, What manner of man is this! for he commandeth even the winds and water, and they obey him."

Only God can heal a broken heart. Only He can take away the pain and restore your soul. Only He can offer genuine, pure and eternal comfort. It is in Christ alone that our hope is found. Trust in the Lord with all your heart and put your faith in Him. When we love the Lord and commit our lives to Him, He will hear your prayers and show you the way. There's no storm too big or struggle to great when God is on your side!
