Direction

Life is a journey, full of roads that all lead towards a unique direction, some are clearly labeled but others hidden and full of bumps along the way. Whether or not you feel like your actions or experiences are leading you somewhere, the truth is no matter what direction you go there will be an end result.

Where is your life headed and in what direction are you going? Are you allowing Christ to guide your life or are you making your own choices? Will you be meeting our Lord and Savior at the end of the finish line or do you foresee a different end to your story?

God desires for each and everyone of us to have a full and faithful life in Him. He does not want us going through life alone and without a purpose nor does He want the grave to be our final destination. God has plans for your life that go beyond this journey through life but one that is spent in eternity with Him. Our citizenship is not anywhere here on earth but rather in heaven with our Lord!

Romans 6:22-23 says this "But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life. For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."

Allow God to give your life purpose. Let Him guide and direct you. The ride will still be bumpy but at least you'll be on the right track and with the most reliable driver you've ever had or need. God knows you, He loves you and wants a relationship with you that goes beyond today or tomorrow. Open your heart and allow Him to change you. Your life is precious from the day you are born but with Christ at the center your life is forever changed!
